Justin James Throughout my life I’ve lived in many places across the United States and as such have dealt with many realtors either through obtaining a rental or purchasing multiple homes. None of the realtors even hold a candle to Jacqueline, not even close. I came into a situation where I needed to relocate and Jacqueline came to me as a recommendation from another realtor company. I texted her on Thursday, spoke with her via phone on Friday, looked at houses on Sunday, and by the following Tuesday I was under contract on a house and closed in 21 days. Historically, I’ve found that I’ve had to do most of the orchestration in situations like this and making sure everyone is staying to task. Not with Jacqueline! She handled everything and communicated effectively throughout ensuring we didn’t miss a beat. Jacqueline also got me more money off the house above and beyond what was expected. The sellers ended up having to cut me a check at closing for thousands of dollars. In a hot housing market with little supply and fast turnaround times, she still managed to show multiple properties at or around my price point. Once we did find a fit, her extended team got to work. Home inspection happened the same day. Appraisal occurred within days. She handled the HOA keys and parking pass the next day on approval. Anytime there were breaks in the system, she was there to pick up the pieces and continue everything along the process. We closed in 21 days, dealing with hiccups with the HOA process, delayed funds availability, value under appraisal and a contract extension. Jeff Visselli went above and beyond anything Expected by a real estate agent. After just a couple of viewings he realized what my needs and my affordability would be. he reached out to other realtors to find properties that were not listed Yet.
